Return / Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase has shipped. Returned items must be mailed at buyers’ expense.

Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase.

Allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.

Our online free exchanges are only for the same item for a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate a return below at our returns and exchanges center and place a new separate order. 

Personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your August Pearl treasure experiences a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it for the life of the product.  Please initiate a repair or replace item below at our returns & exchange center.
